A Beautiful Church Wedding in North Attleborough, mA
Haley and Josh’s Wedding Ceremony
For Haley and Josh, their wedding ceremony took place at the beautiful Transfiguration of the Lord Parish, formerly known as St. Mary of the Immaculate Concept Church. This Attleborough church is one that I have photographed at on numerous occasions, and Father Dave is always a wonderful and friendly officiant.
The Cold Outdoors
This December of 2024 wedding featured a whole lot of snow. It was cold (ok… more than a little cold) but that wasn’t going to stop the festivities! Once you are inside the church, you’d never know that everything outside was covered in a layer of white fluffy stuff!
Churches and Weddings – An Architectural pairing
At every wedding, I make sure that all the details of the ceremony spaces are captured, but churches always have something special about them. The art. The architecture. There is so much to take in. When possible, I try to photograph these spaces before guests arrive to capture their beautiful lines and arcs.
The Wedding Ceremony
Church ceremonies are often quite long, and loaded with tradition. It give me plenty of time to capture all of the little moments that happen through the wedding. I like to try to get a variety of angles to ensure that every detail is captured as much as possible.
The Rings and the First Kiss
Of course, no wedding would be complete without an exchange of rings and that oh-so-important first kiss! I always like to capture close-ups for the hands during weddings, both before and after the rings. It’s an important detail, so you should be sure to have photos of it!
Don’t Forget the Big Picture!
I especially love churches that have balconies to take overhead photos from. It’s a great way to get the wide view of the entire wedding. These spaces are not always easy to access, but I go for them every chance I get!
